Guests arrive, meet our instructors, and warm up with energetic martial arts games.

Kids learn kicks, punches, and a few ninja moves — then the birthday star breaks a board!

Parties run about 90 minutes — roughly 60 minutes of supervised activities, then 30 minutes for cake, gifts, and family photos.

Best for ages 4–12. We tailor the activities to the birthday child's age group so every guest can join in.

We typically host 10–25 kids. Larger groups are possible — just ask when you book.

No experience needed! Our instructors lead beginner-friendly games that get every kid laughing and moving.

Just comfortable workout clothes. We provide everything else, including breakable boards for the birthday star.
